well, originally i was asking if i should buy this game---from here. a coupla people said---hell yea, it'a a killer game.
nevertheless, i bought it anyway. last Good Friday and i can't get it installed. the fuggers at EA are not helping me at all. after posting there 3 days in a row. can anybody tell me why i get the message:
"the application has failed because the side by side configuration is incorrect"!
sorry about this pitiful posts but i'm at my wits end. i need help. anybody have a clue as to my problem with not being able to Play Battlefield,Bad Company 2? thx---Snap

I think there is your PC configuration problem which is not accepted by the game and you need to check whether the PC or game problem.
In this case you can check your PC configuration for the game by other game which has require same hardware confiuration.
This will help you to play the game without any interruption.

You have a problem with your application that is causing it to fail. This is being caused by a problem with your configuration being in an incorrect position. If the configuration is behind or ahead it is incorrect. It needs to be side by side. I once had it on top which was fun to watch but didn't really work.

Well I can't offer technical support, but I can tell you that Bad Company 2 is only worth it if you prefer strategy and teamwork to your run N gunning of MW2. I do, and that's why I want it. I can't get it yet though. Just telling you that if you are not the kind of guy who likes to think about what class or vehicle to use for the current situation, or where you should go on the giant map that is most effective, or how to help your dying teammate, then you should probably stop wasting your time and get back to CoD.
