Why Can't I start a New Topic?

In order to make for sure your community provides quality guides, there is a guide submission process. The guide submission process works as follows:

1. Submit your guide to the correct Guide Submissions section.
2. The Mod Team, Senior Contributors, and VIPS will review the guides.
3. If anything doesn't meet the standards of the groups above, you will be sent a PM asking for a change in your guide.
4. After your changes are made, the guide will be reviewed again. If needed, step three and four will be repeated until the forum standards are meet.
5. Once your guide is approved it will be moved to the Guide section.
